Prince Street Pizza, set to open at Durango Casino & Resort’s Eat Your Heart Out food hall in December, will be hosting a pop-up dining event on Friday, Sep. 29 and Saturday, Sep. 30 at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Serving up a preview of their New York and Sicilian style pizzas, as well as their renowned Morano Family recipes, the famed eatery will welcome guests to get a taste of what’s to come ahead of its anticipated Vegas debut.
With locations spanning coast to coast, Prince Street Pizza’s family recipe was born from a simple concept: “If you can put it on pasta, then you can put it on pizza.”Whether guests crave their classic cheese pizza, the Soho Square, Spicy Spring, or even a vegan option, they offer something that is guaranteed to delight and excite their taste buds. Ahead of the anticipated opening, guests will be welcomed to indulge on tasty menu items throughout the event including:
- Spicy Spring – Spicy pepperoni, spicy marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, and pecorino romano (contains pork)
- Naughty Pie – Spicy vodka sauce, spicy pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, fresh ricotta, hot honey ( contains pork)
- Spicy Vodka – Spicy vodka sauce with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and pecorino romano (contains pork)
- Prince Perfection – Marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, pecorino romano, and extra virgin olive oil
- OG (Slices Only) – Prince Street Pizza Sauce and fresh mozzarella
