Rouge Room, Red Rock Casino’s most exclusive lounge experience yet, is thrilled to announce it will officially open to the public on Friday, March 17. Effortlessly incorporating grandeur in an intimate setting, Rouge Room is a Parisian-style indoor and outdoor lounge that captivates throughout the entire experience – featuring innovative takes on sophisticated French-driven cuisine, an interactive cocktail program and live entertainment.
“Rouge Room is a unique nightlife experience for Summerlin,” said Owner and Restaurateur Nick Mathers. “Every great evening starts with just the right vibe. We wanted to encapsulate the perfect balance of old-world extravagance with contemporary touches, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.”
Red Rock Resort partnered with Avenue Interior Design, tasking the award-winning team with redefining the golden age of supper clubs experience when conceptualizing Rouge Room. Upon arrival, guests enter through the large, gilded double doors draped in floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains to a tree-lined tunnel of arches leading to the alluring and inviting lounge space. A dramatic bar serves as a centerpiece to the 5,345 square foot cocktail haven, nestled under a canopy of chandeliers and accented with opulent, jewelry-like light fixtures and seductive lighting. The venue embodies a rich, moody and intimate persona with plush velvet upholstery, tufted details and fringe accents amongst hand-painted exotic murals and walls adorned with gold antique mirror eglomise.
More than a cocktail lounge, Wish You Were Here Group brings the space to life with its signature hospitality flair. At Rouge Room, culinary fare takes center stage with imaginative takes on sophisticated dishes, bringing the immersive experience tableside. Inspired by French cuisine, Rouge Room’s menu is designed to whisk guests back to the roaring days of a vintage dining experience with Champagne and Caviar Service, Seafood Platters and more paired with expertly crafted signature and classic cocktails designed to impress.

Rouge Cabanas will open Saturday, March 18 and offer guests an upscale adult’s only pool experience featuring eight cabanas, multiple lounge-style seating options and welcoming bar.

Catering elegance with a customizable ‘twist,’ Rouge Room will offer a Martini Cart Service, allowing guests to customize their martini from the comfort of their seat or at the bar. With a choice between one standard or a flight of three, guests can concoct their own libations with various styles, garnishes and fresh infusions like strawberry and sage, peach and lavender, blackberry and cardamom, jasmine and key lime, and much more. Customizable martinis, without cart service, are also available starting at $20.
