Green Valley Ranch Launches Self-Guided ‘Finger Licking Foodie’ Tours Giving Diners a Curated Evening of Food and Drink

Green Valley Ranch is teaming up with Finger Licking Foodie Tours to bring a new self-guided culinary experience to the Henderson resort. Beginning May 19, guests will enjoy a private, gourmet culinary experience while progressing through three of the resort’s specialty restaurants: Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, Borracha Mexican Cantina and Hank’s Fine Steaks (on Tuesdays Tides Oyster Bar will substitute Borracha). The two-and-a-half-hour evening commences nightly at 4:30 p.m. and features three signature dishes from each restaurant including a sweet treat ending. The experience costs $125 per person inclusive of gratuity with an optional $50 signature cocktail pairing at each of the three locations add-on. 

A sampling of menu items includes:

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca

  • Mozzarella & Tomato Caprese, marinated heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala, pistachios, aged balsamic 
  • Meatballs, gravy, parmesan, bread crumbs 
  • Tagliatelle Bolognese, San Marzano tomatoes, pancetta, red wine 
  • Optional signature cocktail: Aperol Spritz, Aperol, prosecco  

Borracha Mexican Cantina (Wednesday – Monday) 

  • Chicken Taquitos, poblano cream sauce, sour cream, guacamole, cotija cheese, cherry tomato pico
  • Crispy Dynamite Shrimp Tacos, coconut shrimp, jicama shells, tomatillo avocado cream sauce, sriracha sauce, pickled red onion  
  • Chili Relleno, blue corn crusted, asadero and jack cheese, smoked poblano and red chili sauce, avocado, fresno chili, radish, cherry tomato pico, sour cream, cotija  
  • Optional signature cocktail: Pablo Chacon Margarita, Casamigos Blanco, cucumber essence, jalapeño, lime, cilantro  

Tides Oyster Bar (Tuesdays only) 

  • Popcorn Shrimp, Cajun aioli, cherry peppers, popcorn 
  • Seafood Boil, shrimp, crab, mussels, andouille sausage, potato, corn, seafood broth 
  • Char-grill Oysters, butter, lemon, herbs 
  • Optional signature cocktail: Seas The Day, Patrón silver, fresh grapefruit, grapefruit-thyme rim. 

Hank’s Fine Steaks 

  • Steakhouse Salad, romaine, avocado, tomato, Applewood bacon, white French dressing
  • New York Steak & Fries, Creek Stone Farms, Kansas & fresh cut potatoes, house-made dill ketchup  
  • Fried Oreos, vanilla bean ice cream 
  • Optional signature cocktail: Hendrick’s Cucumber Martini
