Station Casinos Shines Up Its Culinary Program with Lucky Penny and Brass Fork Cafes

Station Casinos is upping its commitment to culinary excellence in 2021 with the conversion of its Grand Cafés to Lucky Penny at Red Rock Casino and Green Valley Ranch and to Brass Fork at Sunset Station, Boulder Station and Santa Fe Station.

Each café will offer elevated dishes and feature a playful menu of modern American cuisine with a twist of worldly flavors and the traditional café classics for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The wildly popular Lucky Penny Café concept from Palms Casino will bring great fortune to guests when it debuts its menu at Red Rock Casino and Green Valley Ranch on Wednesday, Feb. 24. Later in the spring, Brass Fork will launch its comforting kitchen concept, currently open at Palace Station with an all-new menu, to even more Las Vegas Valley neighborhoods when it opens additional locations at Sunset Station, Santa Fe Station and Boulder Station in early April. Grand Cafes will remain open until then.

Guests can expect an elevated version of the Station Casino café staples for which they are known. Comfort style dishes on both menus include Country Fried Steak and Steak & Eggs and border crossover hits like the Chilaquiles and a BYO Breakfast Burrito that add plenty of southwest flavors. For dinner, both concepts feature entrees perfect for a special night out that include French Onion Salisbury Steak, Grilled Salmon and other hearty home-style dishes like the Six-Cheese Baked Mac. Each café will be fully stocked with pastries fresh from the bakery, all the toasts for the IG feed and fresh-pressed juices, coffee and tea.
