How to Make Hank’s Most Popular Martinis

Hank’s Fine Steaks and Martinis are famous for their unique handcrafted martinis. Their skilled bartenders are whipping up martinis and other cocktails nightly at the Hank’s Bar. Here are two recipes of two of their most famous martinis.

Chile Manzana Martini

The Chile Manzana Martini is perfect for someone looking for a little heat in their late night drinks. This martini is our most popular cocktail at Hank’s and is available on their Happy Hour martini menu. 

  • Cazadores blanco 1.5oz
  • Apple liqueur 1.5oz
  • Solerno liqueur 1oz
  • White cranberry 1oz
  • Lime 1oz

Add all ingredients into a shaker, Shake, dump entire contents into the glass. Our glass of choice is a 12 once pool cup. You can garnish with a cube of Ice and a wheel of lime.

Bo Pino Martini

Looking for a sweeter option? You can’t mess up ordering our signature Bo Pino Martini.

  • Stoli raspberry 1oz
  • Chambord .5oz
  • Cointreau .5oz
  • Sour 1.5oz
  • Lemon .5oz
  • Rock candy Simple Syrup .5oz

Tear Mint into shaker, add all other ingredients (except tonic) Shake, dump entire contents into glass, top with tonic. We use a 12 oz pool cup. Garnish after with a cube of ice and a wheel of lime.
