Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa welcomes the return of its classic Italian eatery, Terra Rossa, set to open on August 26. The re-imagined restaurant will feature approachable Italian cuisine, complete with family-style menu options and classic staples – offering dinner, happy hour and weekend brunch favorites.
The all-new Terra Rossa brings an innovative approach to the neighborhood restaurant featuring an homage to Italian-inspired hearty classics and rustic flavors. Led by Executive Chef Dan Rossi, the eatery provides a fresh take on what Summerlin locals love and remember with signature dishes such as Sausage & Peppers, Pomodoro, and Cacio e Pepe, to name a few.
In addition, Terra Rossa serves up an array of Italian staples as well as elevated additions, including family-style favorites like Veal Parmesan, pasta made fresh daily and hand-stretched wood-fired pizza.
The restaurant utilizes a one-of-a-kind Josper Grill and Oven, available to only a few locations in the city, and features a charcoal-based, unique closed barbecue design with different levels of grilling.
To complement the exquisite dining experience, the restaurant features a dedicated wine room hosting an impressive collection of 1,500 bottles of premier Italian and California wines, along with a full bar.
The lively atmosphere will also serve up a robust happy hour, available Sunday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., as well as Saturday and Sunday brunch – allowing for the perfect environment for any occasion.
Cheers! Terra Rossa will be open daily for dinner, Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and brunch, Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
