Hank’s Fine Steaks Adds Kobe Beef, the World’s Most Famous And Rare Red Meat, To Menu

Kobe, beef, the world’s most famous and rare red meat now has a new home at Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis.

Known as the best steakhouse in Henderson and one of the finest dining experiences in the greater Las Vegas area, Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis has received the official certification to serve the Japanese delicacy, granted by the Kobe Beef Marketing and Distribution Association.

The steakhouse is the only restaurant in Henderson, and one of seven in all of Nevada, offering Kobe Beef on their menu.

Guests are invited to experience the restaurant’s all-new selection of Kobe Beef including a mouthwatering Kobe ribeye ($45 per ounce). In addition, Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis proudly displays the bronze steer bust and certificate of authenticity for all guests to see. The restaurant can also provide the authenticity label with each serving upon request.

To top off the Kobe experience, the trained staff at Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis can offer suggested pairings to accompany the vastly superior marbling and cut of meat from appetizers to sides, and wine pairings, allowing for the perfect addition to any meal.

For the carnivores looking to stick with the classics, guests can enjoy other USDA prime dry-aged beef such as a petite filet mignon, aged for at least 28 days; T-bone steak, wet aged for a minimum of 14 days and dry aged for another 21 days before being seared to guests liking, filet of Wagyu from ultra-premium Japanese bred cattle raised in Colorado or a tomahawk steak served with seasonal vegetables and ideal for sharing with the table.
