Locals Rejoice! Long-Time Favorite Guadalajara Returns to Boulder Station

Guadalajara is BACK and with an authentic new menu! In our humble opinion, it’s one of the best Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas. Can we get a WOOHOO?

The popular Mexican restaurant has returned to Boulder Station! The menu includes a full array appetizers, entrees, desserts and of course, margaritas. And we all know we love margaritas!

All of the aspects that the restaurant was famous for are returning. There are also new touches to make for a truly authentic dining experience. Guadalajara was a staple at Palace Station and Boulder Station for decades, with the former opening in 1990 and the latter opening in 1994.

New Guadalajara Menu

Guadalajara will feature a full array of authentic new dishes created in part by room chef Salvador Esperanza. The new specialties on the menu include Yucatan surf and turf, steak picado, chile verde, pescado del mar, and more. Other exciting new dishes on the menu include campechana – shrimp, oysters and octopus in a seafood broth, served with lime, crispy tostadas and crackers. The restaurant’s menu also features familiar items such as the longtime Station Casinos classic Camarones Guadalajara. Other favorites include the chicken suizas enchiladas, tacos al carbon and chile rellenos. In addition, the restaurant’s popular salsa bar will be back.

Enjoy a live Mariachi band every Saturday from 7-9pm in January. Also try the 2 for 1 fajitas, your choice of chicken or steak, Sunday-Thursdays from 11 a.m.-close.

Guadalajara will be open daily at 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. For reservations, call 702-432-7594.
